Wine tasting for $12 (DRY - SWEET - COMBO, 5 oz total)
Wine flights for $15 any 3 wines - 3oz pour each (9 oz total)

Visiting Policy

  • Bring a Valid ID

    All guests must have a valid Driver’s License, or other recognizable form of government identification to prove their age(A picture of your ID on your phone is not an acceptable form if identification). New Jersey state law precludes us from serving alcohol to anyone under 21 years of age.

  • Policy Regarding Smoking/Vaping

    Smoking and Vaping are permitted only in outdoor designated areas.

  • Party Over 6 Registration

    We require that groups of 6 individuals or more,  fill out the reservation form.

  • Don't Over Do It

    Plagido's Winery reserve sthe right to refuse service and/or winery admission to anyone exhibiting signs of intoxication, disruptive behavior, or any other behaviors that our staff finds to be disorderly.

Tasting Notes:

Reverence (Marquis)
Rich aromas of candied lemon rind, melon, and pear which lead into pineapple citrus, honey dew melon, rich mouth feel, lightly oaked fruit forward with heady-sweet aromatics.  14% 

Vidal Blanc
Orange peel with a creamy pineapple & cake batter finish  

Chambourcin 2019
Bright mulberry color, aromas of vanilla cream, chocolate berry bar, and tomato. This fruity medium to full bodied wine leads into flavors of black currant, pomegranate rhubarb & red plum, finishing with a toasted oak spice, and undertones of chocolate.  Very easy drinking lip smacking tannins.

Coeur d’ Est 2019
Our blend consists of, 50% Chambourcin, 25% Cabernet Franc and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon.  Ruby black color, with interesting aromas of Raspberry preserves, cherry, black tea, lilac and leather with a slightly chewy & vibrant medium to full body mouth feel.  Salted dark chocolate, tomato, licorice, hints of mineral dust with undertones of cream, wrap up this lush red.
Great with Steak

Cabernet Franc Oak 2019
Spicy pepper and plum on the nose.  Red to black Currant are framed with vanilla spice, and mocha finish. Great wine for aging 5-15 years

Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Spending 16 months in American oak, nose has herbal spice, hints of rich strawberry & plum.  Fleshy mouth feel that leads into bright candied fruits (cherry, red plum, red currant) with hints of pomegranate and mocha spice.  Great wine for aging 5-15 years.

Cabernet Merlot Blend 2019  50% Cabernet Franc, 25% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon
Roasted Red pepper, black cherry, and mineral nose, leads into rich blackberry, cherry, black plum with a vanilla woody leather spice finish.  Great wine for aging 5-15 years, robust red blend that would be great with a steak

Dark Water Blend
Bright Cherry, robust espresso, and dark chocolate are wrapped with a toasted oak finish

Niagara
Heavy mouth feel, flavors apple blossoms, sweet vanilla and honey

Plagido Red (concord)
Fragrant wild strawberry nose with a jammy mouth feel and a soft grape finish

Antonia Rosso (Fredonia)
Rich mouth feel leads into exotic red fruit flavors with a short finish

Concetta’s Casalinga (blend of Fredonia and concord)

Bright ruby color, raspberry to red cherry on the nose with hints of ripe strawberry with a silky finish

Homestead  17% abv (dessert wine)
Vibrant cherry up front with a rich Caramel and vanilla finish
